Homemade Valentine's Gifts
Personalized Picture Frame
This gift is a favorite with every one that receives
it.  A picture is a great gift for that special
someone, grandparents, and family members.  This
craft takes the idea of giving a picture one step
farther by turning the frame into a personalized
creation.

All you need to complete this is a wooden picture
frame, pictures printed on your computer, a glue
stick and some glaze.  I bought my 5x7 frame at a
dollar store and printed off about 4 pages of
pictures of my daughter, Clancy.  I cut the pictures
out and arragned them on the frame, using a glue
stick to fasten them in place.  When I was done
gluing the pictures in place, I applied glaze over
the top, let it dry and inserted a regular picture of
my daughter in the frame.
Personalized Gift Box

This easy craft gives you a unique way to present a
storebought gift to a loved one. I printed off several of the
same picture on my computer and then glued these pictures
to a cardboard box.  These boxes can be found in any craft
store.   Add a simple bow and a little treasure and you have
added a personal touch to your gift.
Homemade Treats

Homemade treats are a great way to show
someone that you care.  Make sure to pay special
attention to how you arrange the treats.  Place
them in a basket or arrange them in a decorated
box.  You can even buy a pretty Valentine's Day
plate and place the treats on it in an attractive
pattern.

The most thoughtful Valentine's Day Card you can give someone is a handwritten
letter.  Think about all of the things that you love about your parent, husband,
friend, or child and then write them down on some pretty stationary.  Tell them
what you appreciate about them and think of something special that you can
compliment them on. Write down just what it is about them that makes them so
special.  I guarantee that this Valentine will still be cherished, when all of the
other paper hearts they receive have been forgotten.
